Ingredients
• 3 ripe bananas
• 1/2 tsp cinnamon
Toppings
•puffed kamut ( optinal )
Method
1) chop up bananas and leave to freeze over night ( or until they are hard )
2) blend frozen bananas in food processer until a creamy consistency
3) add cinnamon and blend again
4) put back in freezer if it is not the consistency you want
Gives you a natural energy boost first thing in the morning!
