Iced vanilla date smoothie

Quick, simple and delicious iced smoothie!


Ingredients:

•8 dates 
•150ml almond milk
•cup of ice 
•100ml water
•organic vanilla extract 

Method:

1) blend together the dates, water, almond milk and vanilla extract
2) then blend in the cup of ice

ready to serve!
