Just Run.


When your having a bad day, put on your trainers, and just go, run, Immerse yourself into nature and set your mind free. It makes you feel 10000x better, I promise you. I had absolutely no motivation to do anything at all yesterday, I felt really low and I was having one of those days where everything just sort of feels really shitty and meaningless. (I am human, I do have my low days) Did you know the human brain is automatically programmed to think negative thoughts? You have to train your brain to think happy and positive thoughts! and to look on the positive side of life, even if that means waking up every single day and saying out loud to the world "I am so greatful to be alive" we are all going to have our low days, don't be ashamed to! We are all human.. Just use those bad days as experience, Learn from them. I learnt that whenever I feel like that, the best cure is to get active, get my body moving into nature, no matter how bad I feel.. And trying my best to shut out the negative thoughts and switch them to Positive. "Rule your mind, or it will rule you" ~ Buddha 🙏 You are in charge of the way you think and the way you feel, choose to be happy today, in this moment and smile, because life Truly is so magical😌
