No-bake vegan protein squares

Really simple and easy recipe, only takes about 15 minutes to prepare!
Recipe makes 4 squares

Each square contains :
190 calories 
15g of protein 

Ingredients:

•2 scoops (60g) of vegan chocolate protein powder ( I use plant fusion )
•50g of gluten free oats 
•30g of spelt puffs 
•40g of gluten free oat flower (gf oats in a blender)
•6 tbsp of u/s almond milk 
•8 tbsp of water 
•1 tbsp of maple syrup or agave

Method: 

- Mix all dry ingredients apart from the spelt puffs in a large mixing bowl 
- Add the water, agave and almond milk and mix well folding with your hands 
- once the mixture is an even texture, press into a baking tray 
- then evenly spread the spelt puffs across the top of the mixture and press down with you're hand
- place baking tray in the fridge 
- you can store the bars in the fridge for  up to 1 week
