Serves 1 - Makes three small pancakes
Ingredients:
•1 scoop of vegan protein powder (I used plant fusion cookies and cream)
• 50g gf oat flour (gf oats in the blender)
• 1 banana
• 4 tbsp almond milk
• 1/2 tsp baking powder
Optional toppings:
•maple syrup
•banana
Method:
• blend everything together in a blender
•heat pan on medium heat with a tiny bit of coconut oil so they don't stick
•fry the pancakes on the heat for as long as you want flipping half way through
